Information for External Traders

All trade stands are sold in individual blocks at the prices below:

Application Forms for the 2025 Games will appear here when available.

Initial applications for a pitch should be sent by e-mail with the completed application form attached to eventcoord@ceresgames.co.uk. Payment details for the pitch fee will be confirmed once an application has been accepted.

Stalls will be pitched on the road, which is closed to traffic, and must be set up by 8.30am

No charitable collections, other than those for the Ceres Highland Games, will be permitted at the event.
